Routine physical exam for adults Headaches
PAP smears Itchy eyes
Breast exams Sore throat
Prostate exams Minor aches and pains
Colorectal occult blood testing Minor cuts
School required sports physicals GI complaints
GYN complaints Urinary symptoms
STD Screen and treatment Hypertension
